Peel and cook the sweet potatoes (or potatoes of your choice) until mostly tender. Mash the cooked sweet potatoes. Form all of the sweet potato balls and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry the balls a few at a time, turning regularly until all sides are golden brown. Usually people put other thing's but a lot of thing's I make are epic simple. SOURCE: www.cooklocal.com/2009/11/04/sweet-potato-balls/In their recipe tho they used a bunch of different thing's like peppers and eggs,but I saw a few recipe's for regular potato balls which included beans,which is strange to me. Actually this whole idea of frying potatoes is strange to me because I never even heard of that before.
