Is it for leavening? (As In cupcakes or cakes)
1/4 cup puréed soft tofu 1/4 cup apple sauce 1 mashed ripe banana 3 Tbsp. puréed fruit Flaxseed The final product will be light and fluffy.
Flaxseed Egg Replacer ( I haven't tried this one yet but I plan to when I make some cupcakes or cakes!) 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds 3 Tbsp. water Mix until well combined and gelatinous. Replaces 1 egg
Is it for binding? (as in cookies) Ener-G Egg Replacer 2 Tbsp. corstarch + 2 Tbsp. water 2 Tbsp. potato starch + 2 Tbsp. water 2 Tbsp. instant mashed potatoes Baking powder + oil
Baking Powder Egg Replacer (I don't advise messing with baking powder I tried to use this as an egg replacer before, I just don't mess with putting baking powder in any of my items) 2 tsp. baking powder 2 Tbsp. water 1 Tbsp. oil Mix until well combined and gelatinous. Replaces 1 egg
